Paid Time Off (PTO)
Stat Staff recognizes the importance of a work life balance for our employees. As a result Stat Staff Professionals is excited to introduce paid time off (PTO)! We are proudly one of the only nurse staffing companies on the market that has PTO for its nurses because let's face it, you work hard and deserve it!
PTO is a cumulative number of days off that employees use as they wish: for sick days, vacation and/or personal needs. The intention of this policy is to support our employees while giving them added flexibility. Your time matters to us!
Note: PTO begins accruing for employees as of October 1st, 2015.
This PTO policy applies to Stat Staff’s external employees who complete assignments at client facilities and who satisfy the criteria that follow. This policy is not applicable to Stat Staff’s internal employees (employees who work in Stat Staff’s corporate offices who do not perform assignments at client facilities).
PTO is earned upon date of hire or date of transfer into a benefit-eligible position. Eligible employees must be scheduled to work at least thirty hours per week on a regular basis. Employees working less than 30 hours per week, on call and temporary are not eligible to for PTO.
PTO is available for use in the pay period following completion of 30 days of employment. All hours thereafter are available for use in the pay period following the pay period in which they are earned.
