Nurses for Africa is an organization that puts together medical missions to different regions in developing area of Africa. The nurses that travel with the Nurses for Africa groups are there to offer medical treatment, hold women's health clinics, and much more in order to care for those who need it most.

In 2011, Stat Staff helped raise funds to send employee Anne Marie Brignoni with a mission group to Africa through this wonderful organization. With a local fundraising event, our earnings were able to help send her on a mission that Summer.

Stat Staff is proud to be continuous sponsors of official therapy dog events in the Capital Region. Therapy dogs are brought on campus during finals week to help students de-stress and take a break from studying. Studies show that just petting a dog or other pets instantly releases some tensions and anxieties. A number of Stat Staff employee's dogs are trained Therapy Dogs and volunteer time to therapy events throughout the year.
